After taking early retirement from Sprint in 2002, I joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston Realtors as a licensed Real Estate Broker. I am a consistent million dollar producer and have garnered numerous local and international awards, including International Sapphire, International Sterling, QSC Platinum, Office Morale Award and Office WAG Award. I am a Mentor and a Relocation Specialist. Born and raised in the Philippines, I came to the US in 1972 as an immigrant and began my Accounting career in Des Moines,Iowa. I moved to Lincoln, Nebraska and Chicago, Ill. to work for Centel Corporation, a major Telecommunications Company which later on, merged with Sprint Telecom. After the merger, I took a job in the Engineering and Network Operations Department as Project Manager and built Sprint PCS Wireless Networks in Omaha, NE, Des Moines, IA, Raleigh, NC, Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Knoxville, TN, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. I retired as Director of Site Development in 2002. My wife Amy and I, live in Raleigh, North Carolina. We have three grown up children and 6 grand children. Outside of work, I am an active volunteer at Church and various charity organizations, including Gawad Kalinga, Knights of Columbus, Foods and Friends and Habitat for Humanity. I was one of the Founders and Past President of the Filipino-American Performing Artists of NC and Founder and Organizer of the Triangle Filipino Golf Association. I enjoyed bowling, golf, tennis and gardening.
